EGYPTIAN FAIENCE GOD BES PENDANT.
Late Period, Ca. 664 - 332 BC. A faience pendant in the form of the dwarf god Bes, shown squatting on an integral base with bent knees and hands resting on the thighs. The figure wears a tall, plumed headdress with a central perforation for suspension. The reverse side is unworked.
