HUGE COLLECTION OF EGYPTIAN FAIENCE AND GLASS PENDANTS AND BEADS. Ca. 1550 - 332 BC. A large collection of faience and glass pendants and beads of various shapes, including tubular, biconical, spherical, disc-shaped, and other forms. The assemblage displays a wide range of colours, such as turquoise blue, deep blue, green, red, black, and cream. Reviewed by Simone Musso, consultant curator for Egyptian antiquities at the Stibbert Museum, Florence, Italy, member of the Nuri Archaeological Expedition.
