EGYPTIAN FAIENCE MINIATURE VASE.
Ptolemaic Period, Ca. 332 - 30 BC. A small faience vase with a truncated conical body tapering to a circular base and flaring towards a flat, everted lip. The surface is decorated with incised bands comprising chevron and branch-like patterns. The flat top of the rim bears radial markings encircling the mouth. For similar see: A.
