EGYPTIAN FAIENCE USHABTI WITH INSCRIPTION.
Late Period, 26th Dynasty, Ca. 620 BC.
A faience mummiform ushabti with a lappeted wig framing a rounded face, the forearms crossed on the chest above a tapering lower body. The front is inscribed in horizontal registers of hieroglyphs, and an integral back pillar runs down the reverse to a small rectangular base.
