EGYPTIAN GLASS HEART SCARAB.
New Kingdom, Ca. 1550 - 1069 BC.
A glass scarab with an ovoid body and a flat base pierced longitudinally. The domed back shows a shallow clypeal notch, a single incised transverse line for the pronotum, and a median groove dividing the elytra.
