SET OF ROMANO - EGYPTIAN MOSAIC GLASS CANES AND INLAYS. Ca. 30 BC - AD 200. A set of 13 mosaic glass canes, inlays of revetment tiles with a mix of shapes, sizes, and designs, including polychrome and striped patterns. These canes were intended to be fused into larger mosaic compositions. For similar see: The Corning Glass Museum, Accession Number 58.1.29.
