PAIR OF EGYPTIAN FAIENCE USHABTIES.
New Kingdom to Third Intermediate Period, Ca. 1550 - 664 BC.
A pair of bright blue faience ushabtis, each mummiform with a schematically modelled face and false beard, the forearms crossed on the chest. The elongated bodies taper to integral squared plinths, the backs flat.
