RARE GREEK BLACK-GLAZED TERRACOTTA SNAKE - TL TESTED.
Ca. 450 BC.
A black-glazed terracotta snake modelled with an elongated, sinuous body, thickest at mid-section and tapering to a pointed tail. The head is slightly raised with a short snout and indicated eyes.
