RARE GREEK TERRACOTTA LADY OF FASHION PENDANT. Ca. 325 - 275 BC. A terracotta pendant moulded as a "Lady of Fashion" head. The hair is arranged in fine strands that frame the cheeks, and the youthful face is softly modelled with a gently arched brow, downcast gaze, straight nose, and a small, closed mouth with red pigment. The pendant rises to a pointed apex pierced transversely for suspension and is fitted with a bronze ring. The reverse is plain and glazed black.
