STUNNING ROMAN GOLD AND SARDONYX CAMEO PENDANT WITH JULIA DOMNA. Ca. AD 200. A gold ovoid pendant with a suspension loop and a rope-patterned border enclosing a white on black sardonyx cameo depicting a bust of Julia Domna, the Roman empress from 193 to 211 as the wife of Emperor Septimius Severus.
