ROMAN GOLD RING WITH CARNELIAN INTAGLIO DEPICTING A GODDESS.

A carnelian intaglio engraved with a noble female head in left profile. The stone is held in a circular gold collet, flanked above and below by small leaf-shaped finials on a slender hoop.
