A Kartel clock, Louis XV style, tortoiseshell and bronze fittings, France, circa 1900. Wood, tortoiseshell veneer, and gilded bronze. Mounted with bronze fittings and rocaille ornaments. Louis XV style. Mechanism marked 'Trouille à Amiens', for Flinois Trouille, Amiens. France, circa 1900. The House of Trouille had been active in Amiens since the 18th century. Later, they merged with the Flinois family to form the prestigious name Flinois-Trouille, a jewelry house that still exists today in the center of Amiens. (23 x 41 x 13 cm) Condition Report: We do not guarantee the working condition of the clocks and/or watches, and they have not been tested.
