With hand-painted portraits of Louis XIV and Madame de Pompadour, signed 'Delacroix'. Both plates marked 'Chateau de Versailles' and 'Sèvres - Louis Philippe - 1846' on the back. Wax seal with 'Prussian eagle' on the back. France, circa 1846. Provenance: Sotheby's Chester.
