Morocco, Safi, 20th century. Ceramic lidded vase with a lustre glaze, decorated with a geometric pattern in blue, green and yellow. A technique characteristic of pieces produced in the 1930s. H_23 cm. (Chips and missing pieces). Provenance: Collection brought back from the countryside by General Maurice Burtaire, Grand Officer of the Legion of Honour, and has remained in his family to this day.
