BOY’S WAISTCOAT in brocade, second half of the 18th century, made of gold-lamé gros de Tours fabric with a small scale pattern, fastened with eight buttons of the same material; the back is in cream-coloured linen, fitted with two buttons to hold up the breeches (a few small stains; subsequently enlarged), Height: 30 cm; Shoulder width: 24 cm.
