RARE BABY’S CUTLERY SET comprising a vermeil spoon and fork, featuring a caduceus and cornucopia design; a knife with a mother-of-pearl handle and a steel blade, and another of the same design with a vermeil blade, hallmarked by Pierre François Grangeret ‘Cutler to His Majesty the Emperor and King’.
Léonard Chatenet is known for having crafted the cutlery designed by Martin-Guillaume Biennais for the imperial family.
