Damask linen table service bearing the Foy-Torcy monogram beneath a marquis’s crown, comprising a tablecloth and twelve napkins, circa 1911,
the central field covered with a diamond-patterned latticework formed by gathered ribbons and garlands of foliage; the border decorated with ribbon bows and roses on a marbled background. Tablecloth bearing the double ‘FT’ monogram beneath a marquis’s crown, 285 x 205 cm. Matching napkins bearing the monogram in one corner, 90 x 76 cm.
On 29 July 1911, Mademoiselle Foy married the Marquis de Torcy.
