GIO PONTI Ten ‘Mod. 646 Leggera’ chairs. Oak, woven river straw cord. Produced by Figli di Amedeo Cassina in the 1950s. Manufacturer’s label. 83x42x45 cm TEN CHAIRS BY G. PONTI Domus nos. 264–265, December 1951, p. 15; *Made in Cassina*, edited by G. Bosoni, Skira, Milan 2008, p. 149 Good overall condition. Small scratches, slight scuffs, normal signs of everyday use. Wooden frames recently repolished, though not professionally. Original seats in vintage condition. A few minor chips.
