ERCOLE BAROVIER Suspension lamp. Metal, clear glass with hot-worked details and appliqués. Murano, 1940s. 120x95x95 cm A CEILING LAMP BY E. BAROVIER See: A. Dorigato (ed.), Ercole Barovier, Murano glassmaker, 1889–1974, Marsilio, Venice, 1989, p. 61, for examples with similar characteristics. Good condition. Small lines, slight scratches and normal signs of wear, with negligible losses. IMPORTANT: the plaster fixings on all the arms need to be replaced or restored to ensure they are correctly positioned.
