THONET Large Secessionist mirror. Stained and curved beech wood, mirrored glass, bevelled glass, zinc. Manufactured by Thonet, Vienna, early 20th century. 252x90x33 cm A HUGE SECESSIONIST MIRROR BY THONET Fair overall condition. Visible scratches, marked scuffs, normal signs of wear. Parts missing. May require professional restoration. The shelf in the central lower compartment is missing. Visible losses to the silver plating on the glass and slight oxidation of the same. The rear mounting of the mirror requires attention. N.B.: the cartouche is missing, probably lost over time.
