WALTER STEFFENINO Two side tables. Painted tubular metal, screen-printed and laminated fabric (one featuring a design by Aligi Sassu). Produced by Steffenino, manufactured by Mossano, Turin, late 1950s. Traces of a stamp (Turin Mossano) 22 x 60 x 60 cm; 43 x 60 x 60 cm TWO OCCASIONAL TABLES BY W. STEFFENINO See: D. Alaimo, Furniture by Turin Architects and Designers 1945–1965, Deposito Culturale, Turin, 2018, pp. 262–264. In good condition. Small scratches, slight scuffs and signs of wear. Minor chips and discolouration. A slight crack beneath the top of one piece. Oxidation and rust.
