Description
B.B.P.R. Large conference table. Painted metal, plastic, teak-veneered plywood. Manufactured by Olivetti, first half of the 1960s. 70 x 300 x 100 cm A LARGE CONFERENCE TABLE BY B.B.P.R. See: Domus no. 462, May 1968, p. 13, furniture from the same series. Overall condition is fair. Scratches, scuffs and signs of wear resulting from daily use. The tabletop shows discolouration, marks on the surface—some more pronounced than others—and variations in colour. Three legs show obvious deformation due to the flattening of the profile. The angle between the vertical upright and the sloping leg is, in fact, altered compared to the undamaged element. Restoration work is required.
