Venetian school, c. 1850. Portrait of Princess Teresa von Hohenlohe-Walenburg-Schillingsfürst, née Countess della Toore-Hofer-Valsassina (1817–1893). Watercolour and pencil in an oval panel (small spots of discolouration, trace of a signature and date on the right). Dimensions: Height: 16 cm – Width: 13 cm Oval wooden frame with gilded stucco, decorated with carved vine tendrils (some parts missing). Included: 19th-century Austrian school. Portrait of a young woman seated in a white dress. Watercolour (slight discolouration). Dimensions: Height: 31 cm – Width: 23.5 cm Provenance: - Public auction held on 11 and 14 June 1997 at Duino Castle by Beaussant-Lefèvre.
