A violin-shaped table-top sign made of green-lacquered wood with polychrome floral decoration (signs of wear), the circular dial with twenty-four white enamelled plates, featuring Roman numerals in blue and Arabic numerals in black (some flaking and missing parts, one to be reattached), signed ‘Quillet A Paris’, who was granted his master’s certificate in 1757.
