Collectible fossils. Three Spinosaurus teeth. Spinosaurus aegypticus. 94–100 million years old. Max. length approx. 6 cm. Specimens of this quality are rare. The largest known predatory dinosaur. Weighing up to nine tonnes, six metres tall and eighteen metres long: it is three metres longer than the largest known specimen of T. rex. Spectacular dorsal sail, webbed hind feet, elongated crocodilian head, slender, sharp teeth: this mega-predator, a hunter lying in wait in shallow waters, is the first known dinosaur capable of moving both on land and in water.
