Soup plate in Chinese porcelain, Qianlong period (1736-1795), Compagnie des Indes production. The Chinese Imari-style decoration features a tricolour palette of cobalt blue, iron red and gold highlights. The basin is decorated with a bouquet of peonies and the border with four floral bouquets. The rim is outlined in gold. D. 23 cm. There is a crack on the lower left edge and wear to the gilding and fele.
