An 800‰ silver brooch comprising a clasp with an openwork design supporting four matching pendants: a salt shaker decorated with edelweiss, a ball programme decorated with lily of the valley and its accompanying pencil, and two oval cases (a coin case and a mirror) adorned with ribbons, garlands and numbered medallions. The set is held together by forçat-link chains. Each piece (except the clasp) bears the hallmark of the silversmith ‘Prudent Quitte’ 19th-century work Gross weight: 97.9 g _ H_approx. 17 cm (signs of wear and tear, minor knocks)
