In-12, ochre half-maroquin, gilt fillets on the covers, spine decorated with small metal filigree, gilt edges, cover, edged slipcase (Duhayon). First edition, published in the Guillaume and Lemerre collection. It is illustrated with numerous compositions within and outside the text, based on works by Myrbach.
One of the 30 head copies on Japanese paper, the only print run featuring 30 chines (no. 28).
