CENDRARS (Blaise). *Profond aujourd’hui*. Paris, À la belle édition, 1917. Oblong 8vo, lemon-coloured half-maroquin, smooth spine, black title label running the length of the spine, gilt head, untrimmed, illustrated cover (Durvand-Pinard). First edition, printed in blue by François Bernouard.
It is illustrated with five Cubist compositions by the Mexican painter Ángel Zárraga, printed in blue, including three inserts on a yellow background (including the cover) and two within the text.
Printed in a run of 353 copies; this is one of 250 on Arches laid paper (no. 146).
A fine copy, attractively bound, identical to *J’ai tué* (next lot).
