These two novels were first published in English: the first in 1961 under the title *The Talent Scout* and the second in 1965 under the title *The Ski Bum*. As with *Lady L.* three years earlier, the French translation was produced by Jean Rosenthal with the author’s assistance.
One of 140 copies printed on pure-fibre vellum, second-quality paper.
