Small square 8vo, black morocco, spine with faux raised bands, tobacco-coloured glazed calfskin linings framed in morocco and edged with a gilt fillet, brown silk endpapers, edges gilt on endpapers, cover, edged slipcase (E. and A. Maylander). First edition, printed in a run of 162 copies.
One of the 150 copies on tinted vellum.
