ÉMILE GALLÉ (1846–1904) ‘Dragons, fish, geometric and floral motifs, bands and fleurs-de-lis’ A large, bursiform bowl with a multi-lobed rim. Made from slightly smoked glass; the numerous decorative motifs, which spiral round and are distributed across the glass body, are executed in full-coverage hard enamels and fired-on gold.
