In-8, half-maroquin with olive-green corners, minor surface scuffs on the corners of the upper cover, gilt fillets on the covers, ribbed spine decorated with triple gilt panels, gilt head (bound by Pagnant). 309 pp., etched frontispiece by J. Adeline, 24 facsimile reproductions, 6 original drawings by Antoine Dulais Destouches. FIRST EDITION. A print run of 300 numbered copies; 1 of the first 40 containing a triple set of the frontispiece depicting Holland, China and Japan (no. 22), signed by the author.
