(CHARENTE). *The Treasury of Coins from the Angoulême Region: Unpublished or Rare*, published under the auspices of the Charente Archaeological and Historical Society. Paris, then Angoulême; Aubry, then Goumard, 1863–1866, 2 volumes in-8, 410 and 326 pp., modern brown half-shagreen binding with corners, ribbed spine, covers and spine preserved. The first volume contains texts by Octavien and Mellin de Saint-Gelais, Marguerite d’Angoulême, J. de La Peruse, Vigier, Sénemaud, Castaigne, Babinet de Rencogne, Ollivier de Minière, and Gabriel de la Charlonye, most of whom are accompanied by a bio-bibliographical note.
