In Troyes, published by the widow of Jean Oudot, Rue du Temple, undated, 29 pp. According to Morin, 617: ‘despite its printing quality, this booklet bears no resemblance whatsoever to any of the known Troyes prints; on the other hand, it is absolutely identical to southern publications that are associated with it. It is certainly a ‘printers’ supposition’ on the part of a publisher from the South. ” - Mr B. Jean Guillot, ‘the finest of drinkers’, was a native of Angoulême, where his father—the most famous caterer in the province—intended him to become a chef. But Jean Guillot loved wine above all else. Carpentras, Veuve Proyet, undated [c. 1852]. 16 pp., vignette on the title page. Rosette Tamisier, a famous survivor of a miracle, was accused of witchcraft around 1850. Her story caught the interest of the occultist and co-founder of the Kabbalistic Order of the Rosicrucians, Stanislas de Guaïta. A fine collection of southern prints of great rarity.
