Description
Officer's half pommel percussion pistol, rear lock Second Empire period (second half of the 19th century). Finger rest trigger guard. Functional lock. Octagonal rifled forged steel barrel. Diameter 18 mm. Stock in the "antique" style of the First Empire. Total length 34 cm including 21 cm of barrel. Quality weapon, beautiful walnut wood, sober without ornament in very beautiful condition. Slight oxidation around the chimney, evidence of regular use. A classic from the second half of the 19th century in very good condition, simple and unadorned. NB: a screw has been changed on the steel cap (with ring).
