INFANTRY OFFICER’S SABRE – MODEL 1821.
Horn hilt with silver filigree. Brass mountings, two-pronged crossguard. Curved blade with a flat back, engraved ‘Coulaux Frères à Klingenthal’ and hollow-ground edges. Leather scabbard with a detachable brass ferrule (the scabbard tip is missing).
