One of 50 copies printed on Van Rhyn Holland paper, enhanced by a precious autograph dedication from the author: ‘To Georges Hugnet, and by extension to Victor Hugo, this little Swiss edition from his friend and accomplice Louis’.
Although their paths diverged after the Surrealist years, Louis Aragon retained a clear friendship for Georges Hugnet, of which this autograph dedication, written in 1943, offers a precious testament.
