La Célestine with a woman and a horseman on foot. 15 November 1968. Linocut. 114 x 175 mm. Bloch 1461; Baer 1853. Printed in brown. A fine print from the 1968 Madoura greeting card edition, on re-sized vellum with printed text inside, bearing a ballpoint pen inscription by S. Ramié, numbered and annotated ‘H.C.’ in pencil. Oxidation where the passe-partout opens. A strip of gummed paper around the edge and a patch of paper at the top of the back cover. Edition of 440 prints.
