Folded fan, the double sheet of paper painted with couples of shepherds and shepherdesses exchanging crowns and bunches of flowers, among lovers, dogs, symbols of fidelity, and other shepherds.
The reverse is illustrated with a couple in a country landscape.
The fan is closed and the original border is decorated with lattice work.
Mounted in ivory (elephantidae spp), pierced, carved, engraved, burgauté, lined with foil and gilded, with Chinese-themed decoration.
The reverse is painted on a blue background.
