EGYPTIAN PAINTED MUMMY CARTONNAGE WITH WINGED SCARAB.
Ptolemaic Period, Ca. 332 - 30 BC. A painted cartonnage of rectangular form, depicting a large winged scarab with a sun disc above, set against a striped polychrome ground and framed above and below by colour-block borders. Framed.
