HUNGARIAN STEEL CAVALRY SABRE.
Ca. AD 1700 - 1800. A steel sabre with a long, curved single-edged blade tapering to a clipped point, with a narrow fuller following the back edge. The hilt has a straight crossguard, a knuckle bow joining the pommel, and a downturned grip. The forte is decorated with engraved motifs.
