SOUTH ARABIAN RED STONE IDOL. Ca. 2250 - 1750 BC. A red stone female idol with a small head, rounded shoulders and a narrow, tapering body. The arms are folded over the abdomen. A raised band encircles the hips, above an incised pubic triangle. The legs are separated by a single central groove.
