EGYPTIAN (or later) FAIENCE FACE INLAY.
New Kingdom to Third Intermediate Period, Ca. 1200 - 664 BC or later. A faience face inlay, depicting a profile view of a human head. Facial features are rendered in shallow relief, with a prominent eye, arched brow, and a straight nose. The lips are full and subtly curved. A slender neck descends below, and the underside is flat.
