ROMAN POLYCHROME BANDED GLASS ALABASTRON.
Ca. 100 BC - AD 100.
A polychrome glass alabastron with a flat rim, a collared neck, and a long cylindrical body broadening slightly towards the rounded base. The vessel is formed from spiralling bands of opaque light blue, cobalt blue, white, brown, and yellow glass.
