COLLECTION OF ROMAN TERRA SIGILLATA VESSELS. Ca. AD 250 - 300. A collection of three terra sigillata vessels, including, from left to right: a terra sigillata chiara amphoriskos with a rounded body, a funnel-shaped neck, and a broad everted rim, set on a low ring foot, with two loop handles joining the shoulder to the base of the neck; a terra sigillata collar bowl with a deep central well encircled by a broad flat collar, on a tall spreading foot; and a terra sigillata bowl with a broad shallow body on a ring foot, the sides curving to a plain inward-rounded rim, the interior marked at the centre with an impressed potter's stamp within a circular groove.
