BRONZE AGE AXE HEAD WITH FOUR SPIKES.
Ca. 1200 - 800 BC.
A bronze axe head with a broad down curving blade with raised edges, and a cylindrical socket moulded with roped strands extending onto the blade. Four spikes project from the rear of the socket.
