PAIR OF CELTIC IRON WEAPONS.
Ca. 500 - 300 BC.
A pair of iron weapons, including, from left to right: a long narrow thrusting blade with a sharp point and a slender tang; and a dagger with straight parallel sides tapering to a point, three fullers running down the centre, one face stamped with a maker's mark, and a flat riveted hilt with a rounded pommel.

Provenance: Private London collection; acquired in Belgium; previously held in a Netherlands collection dating to the 1970s–1980s.
