PAIR OF LARGE BRONZE AGE / EARLY GREEK BRONZE SPEARHEADS.
Ca. 1200 - 800 BC.
A pair of bronze spearheads, each with a leaf-shaped blade with a pronounced midrib, descending to a short tubular shank with a bifurcated terminal, from which extends a long, tapered tang.
Size: 430-44540-45mm x mm; Weight: 840g
Provenance: Private London collection; acquired in Belgium; previously held in a Netherlands collection dating to the 1970s–1980s.
