Description
LATE ROMAN GLASS AMPHORISKOS.
Ca. AD 100 - 300.
A free-blown translucent pale green glass amphoriskos with a globular body, a concave base with a pontil mark, a tall flaring neck, and a collared mouth. A pair of strap handles is applied at the shoulders, drawn up to the collar, and attached again at the rim.
